When this message appears, Packetshare will not function properly. Clicking on this message will display a detailed popup.

Situation ①:

Message: "Network unavailable, please check your network settings"

This means your device is not connected to the internet. Try restarting your network connection and check if the issue resolves.

Situation ②:

Message: "Your IP is not residential or you're using a VPN"

This means your device is connected to a non-residential IP. Please switch to your local network and see if that fixes the issue. You can visit ipinfo.io to check your current IP.
